Works Completed:

* Installation of district heating pipework and BCWS services to HIU cupboards.
* Full installation of HIU cupboards.
* Installation of plantroom equipment including 2 × Hamworthy Varmax 180kW boilers and EnwaMatic sidestream filter.
* Installation of booster set and Category 5 water storage tank.
