Project Overview:
Clubhouse refurbishment, including the construction of a new laundry facility and office, together with upgrades to water, drainage and heating services.

Works Completed:

* Removed dead legs and re-routed underground water mains to facilitate the construction of a new climbing rope park.
* Stripped out the commercial kitchen, including hot water cylinders.
* Removed existing pipework serving WCs and bar areas.
* Removed pipework within roof voids to allow ceiling refurbishment works.
* Full fit-out of new laundry and office facilities, including LPG boiler installation.
* Commercial kitchen fit-out.
* Installation of new WC facilities.
* Installation of services to three new bars.
* Installation of a new hot water cylinder, grease trap and pumped waste system.
* Installation of new hopper heads and external rainwater pipework.
